Please note that once your package is shipped, it is your responsibility to track the delivery and pay any applicable international taxes, customs duties, or import fees required by your country.
WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN PERSON IN FESTIVALS .
WE ONLY SELL IN USD BECAUSE LURE IS BASED IN US.

Online Return Policy – Worry free returns! ONLY FULL PRICED PRODUCTS!
Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!
Lure Fitness offers a 15 day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Sales Receipt in the parcel. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition. Products showing signs of use will not be refunded.
Note: Shipping fees including any taxes or fees are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
No Returns will be accepted on products outside of the 15-day window, or on products that have been discounted by 10% or more.
All returns will be processed via Lure Fitness Store Credit. When applicable .
All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. This is a flat fee and is charged per order, not for each item within an order. The 10% fee is reflected in your return amount, for example a return for $100.00 would translate into a return value of $90.00.
Lure Fitness does not offer returns or exchanges on products that are worn or damaged.
Gift Cards are also not subjected to return.
