Shipping & Return Policy


All Items are shipped in the selected method except in the case of free shipping which is sent in the most economical method.

International packages shipped via USPS (United States Postal System) will be routed first to Chicago (Due to COVID-19 restrictions) before being sent to their destination country. This can result in a delay of up to 8 weeks. Furthermore, please note that once the package arrives in your country, your local post office takes over the delivery. If you find the delivery is taking longer than anticipated, you will need to follow up with your local post office using the tracking number provided.

We advise that you go in person to your local post office (the one closest to your home) where available to follow up. 

For international Shipments, if you select UPS or DHL, please be aware that they charge brokerage fees in addition to any duties that may be applicable. 

Note: Depending on the tax and customs policies of your local government, there may be an additional fee at the time of delivery. This is not something we are able to see in advance and we encourage you to confirm with your local agency before placing an order.

Lure is not responsible for paying or reimbursing the customs or taxes.

Note: Shipping times given at Checkout are an Estimate. Lure Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Note: In the event a package is not picked up, it will be treated as abandoned. Lure will not be responsible or offer any refunds for the order, including shipping costs.

Please note that pre-orders will ship upon Lure Fitness receiving the items from our manufacturer. This can take up to 60 days from the date of purchase. 

Returns & Exchanges

Online Return Policy – Worry free returns!

Change your mind about your purchase? Did you buy the wrong gift? Are you dissatisfied with the product? No problem!

Lure Fitness offers a 30 day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Sales Receipt in the parcel. All products must be unworn, unopened, and in original condition. Products showing signs of use will not be refunded.

Note: Shipping fees including any taxes or fees are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns sent back via DHL or with a C.O.D condition will have any shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount. Furthermore, any customs fees charged to Lure Fitness as part of the return will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

No Returns will be accepted on products outside of the 30-day window, or on products that have been discounted by 10% or more.

All returns will be processed via Lure Fitness Store Credit.

Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned

All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. This is a flat fee and is charged per order, not for each item within an order. The 10% fee is reflected in your return amount, for example a return for $100.00 would translate into a return value of $90.00.

Lure Fitness does not offer returns or exchanges on products that are worn or damaged.
